Pack Your Items

Place the unworn items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and boot boxes are placed inside a separate shipping carton.

Attach Shipping Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

Drop Off and Refund

Leave your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
